If I post a Facebook share link on my website, do I lose all rights to that article?

No, you don't lose all rights. From what I can see, a share link is basically a link to Facebook from your site, or vice vesa. Facebook won't gain control of it or anything, they are just saying that when you post a Share Link, it doesn't violate there TOS. So not , Violence, ect. on the site.
