Why do so many people critize ahmadiyah Islam?

I read about the group and i see nothing wrong with them. I am not oneof them. There r many distortions about them which r not true, like they don't believe that there is a prophet after prophet Muhommed(pbuh) as many people say. Some say they don't believe in Jihad, but they do believe in Jihad. I bought one of their hadith books which I learned a lot from, but some muslims tell me to get rid of it because it is by that group, but I like the book. I will keep it.
