I have extreamly frizzy naturally curly hair what can I do to have it sleek & straight with out looking stiff?

I have already used a ton of products and tools like hair straighteners, gels, garnier frutis sleek and shine, frizz-ease, and aussie 12 hour humidy control, among others but all they seem to do is make it look nice or like a stiff unclean mess untill a slight breeze comes by or I get the smallest sprinkle of water on it till its a wacked wavy poo
