In the state of perpetual confusion...girl question?

She's jealous b/c she wanted to have you as a back-up when things fell through with her serious relationship. She wanted you to wait for her and pine affter her and instead you chose to move on with your life. I agree with your descision but she doesn't because it feels like you betrayed her to her. She wants lots of admirers and guys crushing on her, it bolsters her self-esteem and it kills her that another woman could replace her in your heart. Next time she says that all you ever talk about is your gf you need to tell her: "Because she's my girlfriend. You talk about YOUR BF alot too and you always used to blow me off for him. I didn't mind, I understood, HE'S the one YOU'RE in a relationship with. Now I'm in a relationship too and you're going to have to be understanding." and then continue moving on, don't let this girl ruin the relationship you're in and make sure you reure your present gf that you care about her now frequently because she's likely to start doubting as you try to fix things with your friend. Take care of your GF and think about her over your friend. Don't forget: your gf is the one you're dating, not your friend.
