What should i do with the scanning result for colned/duplicated files?

I scanned my computer for Cloned File Finder and it gives me bunch of cloned/duplicated files. When I want to delete them it says “All files listed here are not useless files. Before deleting these files, please make sure that they are useless and unnecessary files and also the deletion will not affect any program.” I am new with computer and I don’t know what to do with them, I am also not so familiar with them computer files and their uses.
