Women l disposal?

hey i'm 16 and today when i was taking off my underwear i realised that there was some milkywhite substance all over it.i'm clean shaven so it was easy to see that it was also all over my privates.i've never seen this before is it normal? cos it looked like white body lotion mixed with some gelly stuff.i'm worried help.
