Author presentation in cl on George Orwell...any ideas?

Look at the 'Complete Works of George Orwell'. He wrote about high tea, Christmas dinner and often mentions potatoes (especially in 'Homage to Catalonia') which he considered the best staple food there was. He also wrote a wartime pamphlet on English cooking. It's all there in the 'Complete Works' (ed. Peter Davison) Best, Max
