Help please! i dont know whats going on-emergency!?

I have no idea whats wrong with me and my mom wont take this seriously but i am freaking out. I have sores on the side of my mouth (that doctors cant exactly idetify) i bleed slightly after going to the bathroom and my temperture is, instead of getting hihger as with a fever, dropping to around 95.8 last time i chekced. the thermometer isnt broken, we tested it on other people. whats going on? whys my temp. going down?
