Is WWE being greedy with RAW or does Vince just had a Hatred that much for ECW?

Believe me when I say this Vince McMahon knows what he is doing. First of all if he could get either ECW or Smackdown to bring in RAWs ratings he would not make an attempt to try and decrease the ratings. Vince is a businessman first and foremost ratings equal good business because they provide one sales to advertisers, increased house shows, increased sales in merchandise, and most importantly a better chance to increase his sales in PPV. He will be changing ECW into what it really is a place to build up and coming talent's momentum with the audience and make any last minutes changes to their character before they make the big move to either RAW or Smackdown. FCW is a place to develop the talents mic and wrestling skills and work off any ring rust that a wrestler may have from either being injured or away. Vince knows what he is doing for the most part. I am hoping with Hogan and Bischoff going to TNA the competition will help both companies put on a more entertaining show for the wrestling fans.
