Jeep Owners? Help putting new door skin on?

I bought a new Jeep upper door and this thing just seems TOO tight. Anyone know of a way to get it on, which corner/sides to start with? I've tried heating it and still nothing. I've tried using screwdrivers to bend it over, but have come too close to tearing it.
