Lead poisoning question?

My boyfriend made me a necklace charm that he sautered. It has over 60% tin and a little bit over 30% lead. Is it ok that I wear this charm as a necklace? It wont do anything bad to me or give me lead poisoning at all will it? He told me it was fine as long as I didnt sit there for hours and aggressively rub on the charm. I know he wouldnt give me something dangerous and the charm is about as big as a pinky nail, but i just like reurance.
