Medical Insurance Premium for New born?
That's absolutely correct - your baby should be automatically COVERED for 30 days, meaning the insurance company realizes that you cannot instantly get your baby registered, so when claims start coming in, they give you a grace period. It's not covered for FREE, it's just that they give you a break on not having the child registered with the insurance company yet. If you feel that the representative told you that, you have to find it in your insurance paperwork or you can't get anywhere. Likely it was just a misunderstanding.
