Need help finding out a 90s song!?

There was this song playing on the radio. It sounded early 90s or maybe even late 80s. The singer sounded almost like Kurt cobain, and the style was hard rock id say. the only lyrics i remember were the guy pionately singing "yeAHHHHHHHHHHHHH, YEAH, YEAH, YEAH, YEAH, YEah." and then OHHHH OHHH" on the last yeah he went down an octave or so. i know this is a longshot but any reccomnedation is good.
