Pain in my rectum after a bowel movement a couple of days ago, no blood coming out though.?

I had a bowel movement two days ago and since then my rectum has been hurting. I have had a movement since, and there's no blood, and I don't seem to have any symptoms besides the pain in the rectum itself. Does anybody know what this could be or what a good method of treatment may be? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
