Go with your initial umption. As pretty as you are, guys only want one thing from girls and they will tell you anything they think you want to hear to get that from you. Guys don't care about how smart you are, they don't care about your personality, they just want what is in your pants and they often have contest to see who can get into your pants the first and how many can get in them. You know this won't change when you go to college or as you get older, so keep your instincts and trust them. It is hard to ever know if a guy is ever telling the truth.
