Why do people believe that all of Africa is a horrible place?

Polygamy isn't abusive it doesn't ruin another persons rights. If the woman allows her husband to marry with a 2nd wife so be it. But I do believe FGM and forced marriage is abusive. But overall Africans are dumb and don't know how to used their resources. And they still have Africans who don't know what a computer is just look at the Maasaia and the Zulu people. SMH. Africa sucks s.
