Help?????????

i really wont a dog not a big one a small one and we have 2 dogs already but one is my sisters and one is my parents my mom says she would love to have anthor dog but my dad says no and hes always so pissy about it 2 and i have a job and could afford everything i need for it i saved up for one to so i have emergancy money just in case something happened to the dog if i got one and ive never been in trouble and im a good kid so do u think there is anything else i can do if so plz tell me??? thanks
