What are a student's rights?

Your brother owes your boyfriend a hat. He broke the rules and got it confied. As for getting picked on, your boyfriend is telling you his side of the story. If he's really that upset he should be talking to his counselor and not dragging you into the middle of his problems. Don't believe everything you hear.
