sounds first like the voltage regulator took a crap, ( thats in the alternator ) it is not charging, you probably need a new set of batterys too, but you should also replace the solenoid first, that could throw off the voltage meter in the dash if it is not working right, a bad connection on any of the battery terminals would make it do that too ( not want to start ) clean them before you try the solenoid replacement

Awkward Situation...Suggestions?

A friend of my husband has been keeping his car in our garage for the past 6 or 7 months. He told my husband he'd rent the space from us for $100 a month. We haven't seen any of the money, but that's not really the issue. He's a friend, we're not taking a loss or anything, so it's not that big a deal to me. The problem is this...the car is so long and so wide that it's taking up all of our space. I have a hard time even squeezing the trash cans past it on trash day. It's starting to get irritating because it's impossible to keep the garage clean with his car in there. We have no room for our bikes, etc. Everything is just kind of lumped in a pile along the side of the garage. I've talked to my husband about this, and his friend was over in the next few days. I thought he was taking the car, but he and my husband had decided to just move it to the backyard! We live in a nice neighborhood, so obviously, I said never mind, leave it in the garage. So there it sits. When this whole thing started, the intention was that the car would only be here for a few months. It needed to be fixed up and plates needed to be put on it before he could keep it on the street in front of his house. He's only been over to 'work' on it three times. And I'm not quite sure what he did, because it still barely starts, the penger window is still broken, the upholstery is still torn, a tail light is still missing and the windshield is still cracked. We've given him complete access to the garage and have even let him know that he can still come over to work on it when we're not home. I feel like we're never going to get our garage back. I've talked to my husband several times, so he knows how I feel. He's a little irritated with the situation too, but doesn't know what to do about it. He doesn't want to caust a rift in their friendship, and I don't either. That's why I haven't demanded it be moved. Any suggestions on how to get this friend to take the car without causing trouble with the friendship?

I am living with a partner who believes that thoughts literally create reality. For example, he believes that,if a person dies in a car accident at six months old, that person created his or her reality by thinking negative thoughts. I can't get my psp to work?

Heres the situation: Two and a half years ago i was happily watching movies on my psp, I lightly tossed it to my bottom bunk, later that day i tried it and it said the disc was unreadable so i umed the umd drive had been broken. Finally after a month of blowing into it it started working but i had to update it or something so i did it. During the update it said: warning! do not turn off or your psp might not turn back on. It was taking a while so I turned it off (i know it was stupid but i was young and impatient). It didn't turn back on. I looked online and from what i read i thought it was bricked? I haven't been messing with it for 2 years and now it doesn't do anything. Where as it used to have a light go on when i tried to turn it on. The charging light turns on when i plug it into the wall. Yes it's definitely normal - early on, before my little boy was on solids, his milk feeds went from every 2 - 2.5 to every 4+ hours. Now that he's on solids they are more spread out again.

02 Toyota Tacoma Brake Line/Shocks ??

To get the brake line loose you will probably need a tubing wrench it is like an open end wrench but is closed on the open side a little so it will fit snugly on the nut. You don't have to jack up the truck to change the rear shocks but remove the old shock then put the top bolt in the new shock and snug it up a little then remove the temporary retaining band from the shock and line it up by hand if you can but if not then put a jack under the bottom of it to push it up until it lines up. As far as struts they are a pain in the a s s when you by them the autoparts should have a spring compressor you will have to have it or you will never get the spring out without killing yourself..Good Luck and I hope this helps

The procedure itself is fast. Your tongue is actually a very soft tissue and pierces easily. The most uncomfortable parts are the clamps used to hold your tongue (a little pinch) and you getting used to the jewelry once it's in your mouth. Find a reputable piercer who is licensed, trained, bloodborne pathogens certified, and autoclaves all intstruments touching you. Just breathe and relax. If you get a small, portable one, you can also use it in icky ladies' rooms, unknown desks, etc. YOu turn it on an hold i 2 inches above each area for about 10 seconds - it kills ALL (99.9 percent) germs, bacteria, viruses, molds, etc. For an experiment, you could treat that horrible reed you are going to throw out anyway - and see if it stops THAT mold ( really mildew on a reed). So I know that there are certain foods or vitamins you can take to keep certain parts of your body healthy. You can eat vegetables for eyes, drink calcium for bones, etc. Is there any certain substance that helps strengthen tendons? If you have a 4 year degree and p testing and Officer Candidate school you will become an officer. NROTC will help you be physically and mentally ready for those challenges, but the college degree is also necessary to get you into OCS. There are many engineering jobs in the navy. My best suggestion is to find one that can easily turn into a civilian job when you geet out of the navy... Like Pilot, Nuclear (power plant work), but beng a seal and infantry type jobs usually don't get you high paying careers in the civilian world..

Yesterday I had what I think was a contraction. It felt like really bad menstrual cramps for a few minutes. It was only once but I was wondering if it is a sign that labor will start soon?? Why do we need both phillip's head and straight screws?

I think this is stupid. Every time I can only find the Phillips screwdriver, I have a flathead screw, and vice versa. When I was sixteen I was diagnosed with AML, and the bone marrow transplant I had put me into early menopause and made me infertile. At the time, the infertility was not on the top of my mind - surviving was. Is WWE being greedy with RAW or does Vince just had a Hatred that much for ECW?

Believe me when I say this Vince McMahon knows what he is doing. First of all if he could get either ECW or Smackdown to bring in RAWs ratings he would not make an attempt to try and decrease the ratings. Vince is a businessman first and foremost ratings equal good business because they provide one sales to advertisers, increased house shows, increased sales in merchandise, and most importantly a better chance to increase his sales in PPV. He will be changing ECW into what it really is a place to build up and coming talent's momentum with the audience and make any last minutes changes to their character before they make the big move to either RAW or Smackdown. FCW is a place to develop the talents mic and wrestling skills and work off any ring rust that a wrestler may have from either being injured or away. Vince knows what he is doing for the most part. My slide won't lock to the rear without pulling it all the way back and pushing up on the slide release to manually do it. I just loaded it for the first time and fed all the the rounds through to check and be sure these HP's feed ok, which of course they did. But then the slide stopped locking back. A few years ago, I discovered an MMO in development (at the time). I can't remember for the life of me what it was called or who was developing it. The video trailer for the game was pretty cool, though. The setting was futuristic. Several of the characters were trying to save this little guy with a yellow cube or TV set for a head (can't really remember which), and were fighting an enemy that I can't remember. Really, the futuristic setting, the little yellow guy, one character wearing "street" clothes )including headphones) and another wielding a futuristic sword are the only details I remember clearly.
